Must possesses strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and be able to lead all upgrades independently.Proficient in gathering business requirements using process flows and uses cases.Experience with complete software development life cycle.Understanding of technology capabilities and limitations.Experience designing and reviewing test cases.Self-starter with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
