About the job We are seeking a Tech Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience in Life Science Salesforce, Salesforce, and CRM-Sales. The role involves designing and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance our CRM capabilities. This position is crucial for driving our CRM strategy and improving customer relationships.Experience : 3 to 6 YrsResponsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.- Provide technical expertise in LS Salesforce and CRM-Sales to optimize system performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.- Ensure the scalability and security of Salesforce implementations.- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends.- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes and strategies. Qualifications- Must have strong experience in LS Salesforce and CRM-Sales.
