Led by a leadership team that has been together for over 10 years, you will join a proven team, culture, and strategy to drive innovation within the IT outsourcing industry while developing your skillset with the opportunities for internal growth.Responsibilities Lead and deliver a portfolio of projects, ensuring that projects meet quality standards and are delivered on scope, on time, and on budget.Hold accountability for overall Customer Success of the Customers’ portfolios by providing technical and/or business consultative leadership at the pre-and/or post sales level.Manage client relationships and drive resources to project success. Create proposals; lead and participate in RFP defense meetingsRepresent Slipstream in Technology and Sales Summits for Partners and clients and provide the clients with the latest information regarding the services offered by the Practice.Define and lead project teams for large, complex business critical projects, including establishing business rules, processes, and solutions.Core Responsibilities for the role will include the following : Ensuring customer and employee successLeading through hands-on and strategic initiativesCultivating a positive and productive environmentDriving new practices to support implementation excellenceCreating innovative collateral to support deliveryPartnering with global and cross-function teams to provide the best outcomesResponsible for hiring, performance management, and mentorshipProvide executive oversight of internal initiatives and project sponsorshipCultivate trusted relationships with customers Required Qualifications Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on administration experience with Veeva and Salesforce applicationsKnowledge in Veeva and Salesforce suite of productsProject Management/Scrum Master skills a plusProven analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMaintain professionalism and attend all required meetings.
