Your work will directly impact how quickly Veeva’s customers can get new and updated therapies to market amidst a complex landscape of global regulations. This role has a preference for candidates based on or near the East Coast, to align with the needs of the position.What You'll Do Design innovative product features to help our customers plan, track, and manage changes that impact the products they are approved to market and trial around the globeAuthor high quality design specifications within an agile methodologyPrioritize feature development based on strategic initiatives, customer requirements and internal technical needsInteract with customers, professional services, strategy, and sales to understand business needsInteract with engineering and QA teams to drive high quality product feature implementationBe the product evangelist - become a subject matter expect for internal stakeholders and external customers Requirements 3+ years in a product management role3+ years of experience with enterprise software productsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervisionStrong communication skills: written, verbal, and formal presentationTechnical skills to translate business requirements into terms that developers can understandWorking knowledge of relational databases and web technologiesMust be based in the Eastern Time zone or at least 1 hour offset Nice to Have Experience designing simple user interfaces for non-technical users to manage complex business processesExperience building SaaS productsExperience building products on application development platformsExperience with regulatory information management for BioPharma and/or MedTechExperience with regulated software (Regulatory, FinTech, etc.)Experience interacting with customers and internal teams remotely and across geographies Perks & Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving program Compensation Base pay: $75,000 - $165,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
